How is my order shipped?

Device Trader uses a dynamic network of delivery providers around Australia. Our advanced systems match your order with the best door-to-door delivery service available. Based on your location, our system will pick the quickest and most reliable way to get your goods delivered to you!

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Express delivery in 2-4 business days

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it usually takes 2-4 working days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow 2-3 extra business days for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Standard delivery in 4-6 business days

Our Commitment to You

Device Trader is committed to giving our valued customers the best online shopping experience possible. Our goal is to always exceed your expectations including the speed in which your purchases are delivered! However, stated delivery times are based on the courier industry averages, and delays may occur during holiday and peak periods, extreme weather conditions or due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately our friends in remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

 

How do I track my order(s) once it is dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you to let you know the tracking details. Simply jump online at any time to get the latest update.

 

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change your delivery address once your order has been placed – credit card security stipulations prevent us from doing this.

If you realise the delivery address is incorrect once an order has been placed, please contact us at info@devicetrader.co ASAP to cancel the order, so that you can place a new one with the correct address.

We cannot change a delivery address once the parcel has shipped (again for security reasons), so please be sure that you have entered the correct delivery address when you place your order.

 

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit, will it be covered?

Put simply, YES. We use some of Australia’s leading couriers so shipping an order is reliable, safe and secure. We follow strict procedures to ensure your orders are packaged securely, so the likelihood of any damage in transit is extremely low. Unfortunately things do not always go as planned and once shipped some things are beyond our control. If your item is lost or damaged during transit simply head to the Contact Page on our website, submit your details and any other relevant information via the web form. Once your form pops up in our email we will contact you soon after with instructions and arrangements for replacement.*

*If a parcel is claimed to be lost by the receiver but registered as delivered by the courier, it will be up to the couriers discretion to decide what actions will be taken and if any compensation is available.
