Returns & Refunds

All returns and exchanges are performed at our sole discretion in line with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) regulations. In all cases our decision on individual cases is final. Products returned without authorisation will be refused delivery and the sender will be responsible for all costs. All items returned to Device Trader for refund/ replacement/ repair are handled by our service technicians and team members at our offices here in Australia. This allows us to process requests for replacements, repairs and returns immediately so we can serve our customers as efficiently as possible.

Sales: Products sold by Device Trader carry a limited 12 MONTH warranty. This covers hardware issues. Warranty is void if the device has been dropped, damaged, modified or exposed to liquid/ moisture. Device Trader offers free 7 day returns with receipt of purchase. Brand new product returns will only be available for items that have unopened & undamaged original packaging.

Repairs: Device Trader expresses a 12 MONTH warranty applying specifically to the defective parts and labor we perform work on. The DEVICE TRADER warranty policy is NOT an insurance policy, we are therefore not liable for pre-existing faults/damage or faults/damage sustained in the future I.e. physical damage. Our Inspection Fee is NOT refundable as it covers our time to inspect your device, test for further faults and ensure your complete satisfaction in the repair. By handing over your device you agree to accept DEVICE TRADER Terms and Conditions. 

Prior to shipping

A full refund is available at any time prior to processing and shipping of your order. This includes pre-ordered items. It may also be possible to exchange your item prior to shipping from the warehouse. Simply head to the Contact Page on our website, submit your details and any additional information via the web form. We’ll do our best to process your request ASAP, however please keep in mind it may not be possible to service your request immediately. If the item has already been shipped at the time that your request is read and processed by our team, the case will be treated as an ‘unopened box’ return.
